DPP On Call Terms of Service

QC DPP On Call aims to respond and accommodate with all queries within two working days although it may be responsive and quicker. The respond will not be supplemented through a formal legal opinion and writing. Nonetheless, we can refer this to our strategic business partner, Messrs Christopher Lee & Co with whom we collaborate.

QC DPP On Call only responds to queries by a nominated and authorised officer (for example, an officer who leads the data protection portfolio of an organization/company). The DPP On Call does not ultimately respond to any queries from any professional advisers/legal firms/solicitors/barristers, which may be able to assist their research and clarifications in engaging with their clients’ data protection problems. It is advised to partner with QC in order to achieve this.

QC DPP On Call duration of call is 1 hour per mobile call/skype, twice per week. Which means, for the period of 3 months, subscribers are entitled for 24 hours session.

QC reserves the right to refuse to answer such queries or to terminate such subscriptions at any time for any reasonable reason deemed fit. For example, if such queries are directed to us in relation to potential conflict of interest which directs to our strategic business partners. QC May withdraw the DPP On Call service if the calls made were vexatious, unreasonable and objectionable and we will refund the unutilised hour’s session.
