QC embraces diversity by promoting and sustaining an open and supportive working relationship with our talents. We recruit, retain, reward and develop these talents without reference to their background, gender, ethnic origin, age, religion, political belief, disability and sexual orientation.
QC diversity initiative includes:
- working with strategic business partners who have had the required expertise irrespective of their origin, race, background, religion, colour and creed;
- calling for potential QC interns by acknowledging diversity and meritocracy as the forefront approach;
- organising knowledge sharing diversity sessions with our potential QC interns so that they are coherently clear how crucial QC sets the principles and practice of diversity; and
- calling for potential partnership in the Global Information Governance Summit – notably and equally open to all potential stakeholders and partners who wish to being on board for the GIGS.
For the years of 2012 and 2013, QC aims to reach the underprivileged university students, secondary schools or high schools students and ethnic minorities to be able to provide them the opportunity to experiencing the QC internship.
